Payments & Refunds

All payments for classes, trial sessions, and packages are non-refundable. By booking a class, you agree to this policy.

Missed Classes

Missed classes are non-refundable. Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to availability.

Cancellations, Exceptions & Legal Disclaimer

If a class is cancelled by Moves by Pim due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or credit will be provided. Refunds are not typically issued.

In exceptional cases (such as medical reasons), refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of Moves by Pim.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law. Moves by Pim reserves the right to make decisions regarding refunds and credits at its reasonable discretion.
