Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance. A place in class is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Trial classes, single classes, and packages must be used within the specified time period. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Moves by Pim reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, teachers, or class structure if necessary.
Cancellations & Attendance
If you are unable to attend a class, please inform us as soon as possible. Missed classes are non-refundable.
Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to availability.
If a class is cancelled by Moves by Pim (e.g. illness or unforeseen circumstances), a replacement class or credit will be provided.
Responsibility, Safety & Legal Disclaimer
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children before and after class.
While all reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in classes is at your own risk.
Moves by Pim is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings occurring during or in connection with classes, except in cases of gross negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
